  • Host, store, or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in activities that harm or disrupt our services or systems.
  • Use our services to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Hostinar.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hostinar.com harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with the order and checking the box to accept the terms and services on the ordering page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the user) and Hostinar Hosting Solutions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with the order or use our services.

Hostinar Hosting Solutions offers refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds may be requested within 15 days of the initial purchase date .
    • Refunds are only applicable to certain services as outlined below.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Domain registration fees, setup fees, and add-on services (e.g., SSL certificates, dedicated IPs) are non-refundable.
    • Services that have been used or partially used, including but not limited to hosting services after the initial setup, are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, you must submit a request through our support team via [email/contact form].
    • Refunds will be processed within [X] business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Hostinar Hosting Solutions reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or if the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  5. Cancellation of Services:
    • If you cancel your service outside the refund period, no refund will be issued, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

16. Service Duration

The duration of the hosting services provided by Hostinar Hosting Solutions is determined by the subscription plan selected by the user during the order process. The service will remain active for the duration of the selected term (e.g., monthly, annually, or any other specified period) unless:

  1. The user cancels the service in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  2. The service is terminated by Hostinar Hosting Solutions due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or other applicable policies.

Upon expiration of the selected service term, the service will automatically renew for the same duration unless the user opts out of auto-renewal or cancels the service prior to the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription and renewal preferences.

17. Cancellation Policy

  1. User-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Users may cancel their hosting services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team via [email/contact form].
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days  before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  2. Refunds Upon Cancellation:
    • If the cancellation request is made within the refund period (as outlined in our Refund Policy), the user may be eligible for a prorated refund, depending on the unused portion of the service.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the refund period or for non-refundable services (e.g., domain registrations, setup fees, etc.).
  3. Immediate Termination by Hostinar:
    • Hostinar Hosting Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate services without prior notice if the user violates our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policies.
    • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  4. Effect of Cancellation:
    • Upon cancellation, the user’s access to the hosting services and associated data will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • It is the user’s responsibility to back up all data and files prior to the cancellation date. Hostinar Hosting Solutions is not responsible for any data loss resulting from cancellation.
  5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation:
    • Services set to auto-renew will continue to be charged unless the user cancels the service before the renewal date.
    • Users are responsible for managing their auto-renewal settings and ensuring timely cancellation if they do not wish to continue the service.

18. Acknowledgment of Services and Binding Agreement

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you (the user) acknowledge that you have received the services you paid for as described during the ordering process. These Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable policies, constitute a legally binding contract between you and Hostinar Hosting Solutions.

In the event of any disputes, claims, or judicial proceedings arising from or related to the use of our services, this agreement will serve as the governing document for resolving such matters. Both parties agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, and any legal actions shall be governed by the laws of Istanbul / Turkey.

By proceeding with the order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions outlined in this agreement.
